This is our first content update! 🎉 Both clients and servers must download this update in order to play. This should be the last client-side mandatory update for a while.

New Content

  • Added Amplified Nether - The nether is now 256 blocks tall!
  • Added Cataclysm - 5 new bosses!
  • F3 Menu is now more readable.
  • New Maps system, access it by pressing [Y]!
  • Added functionality for custom music discs!
  • Sculk Sensors and the Warden can now react to in-game Voice Chat!
  • Added Ceramic Buckets - A great alternative before obtaining iron!

Balancing Changes

  • Diamond Tools now require their Iron counterparts in the recipe.
  • Blaze Burner can now also be crafted with Zinc Ingots.
  • Durability and Hunger have returned!
  • Recovery Compass now only requires one Echo Shard to craft.
  • Shulker Boxes are now obtainable without going to the End!

Bug Fixes

  • Create Goggles UI has now been moved to the HUD tooltip, fixing the bugged Create UI.
  • Fixed #19 - Crash on Server Menu
  • Fixed server pinging issues. Ignore incompatibility warnings.

  • Prism Launcher and Modrinth App users should download the Cog_v1.1.0.mrpack file.
  • Curseforge and Overwolf users should download the Cog_v1.1.0_curseforge.zip file.

Please note that Curseforge doesn't support updates to custom modpacks, so you'll have to create a new profile for this update.
