Deshitified abit and fixed some stuff.

• Details
  Updated the code to ensure the jump count is formatted and appended to the message string only once, avoiding duplication.
  The logic now guarantees that (J: x) reflects the correct jump number and does not appear multiple times in the output.

• Less details
  Also deshitified the print thingy and checking for buffer overflow to make sure it doesn't happen anymore.

Note to self: This fucking plugin should be coded from scratch instead. It's outdated, the code looks spaghetti and it's shit in general.
