Cartoonizer v1.0.0 😄

This is the first release of the Cartoonizer Application. Basically this app can generate cartoon images from an input image!

How to use

1. Download the cartoonizer_setup.exe file from the releases tab and then install the application.
2. A shortcut to the application will be available in your desktop.
3. Launch the application and you're ready to go!
