Got koa xray functioning with new Koa and new XRay library
Added in commented functionality to get parity with express middleware
Added in tests similar to aws-xray-sdk-express
Updated dependencies and fixed up peer dependencies
Added typing librariess as dev dependencies for better dev experience.
Fixed up readme
