keyboard-shortcuts-plugin.hpi is built with java 8.0.392-amzn SDK and can be installed from local disk on
{JENKINS_WEB_ROOT}/manage/pluginManager/advanced
It contains a few changes which allow the plugin to work on newer Jenkins (tested on version 2.462.1).
