We're not using this yet in UET, but the UET mono-repo is set up with a lot more infrastructure than the old CloudFramework repository is right now, and there's no benefit to duplicating all of the MSBuild/packaging/publishing logic in two places.
This is a draft until the GitHub Actions workflows also get updated to run the tests in
Redpoint.CloudFramework.Tests. This requires duplicatinglibs-winfor a Linux runner (which requires setting up .NET SDK installation for Linux), because these tests require additional Docker containers to be run as services for the tests to run against.
