做了以下修改：

1. wyf的mpi
2. lt的sort

wydbg2.4-mpi-stable

基于gcc 7.4
附带lt的sort优化
在测试中，使用gcc7.4 + intelmpi 可达到最优性能。

已经过hgna1,hgna2,hg007算例测试，在mdbg部分可达到接近线性加速比。
