Closes #14497

Briefly want to note that the way artifacts are published is a bit strange. Release v0.0.0 on Github is a "rolling release" with new artifacts added when there's a new nightly build. There currently are no stable releases and the manifest should likely be updated once that becomes available. Still, there seems to be no timeline for that happening and the software is reasonably stable.

Nightly builds belong to Versions bucket.

Hey, thanks for taking a look at this.

Fair enough, thanks for the pointer.

I had originally read here that the versions bucket contained

older versions of some well-known packages.

Though in the bucket's README, it says that it's for

alpha, beta, nightly, dev, canary, insiders, release candidates, and frozen/older versions of app manifests.

That sounds appropriate, but in the versions bucket's issue template for package requests is states that one of the criteria for acceptability in that bucket is:

Alternative, forked or prerelease version of an existing package

which it absolutely is not, so I felt that since the "Installation" section of the Ansel landing page calls the link to the windows installer stable which in turn points to the same files the given manifest would update to, I felt that it was "stable enough".

What do you think?
