Cool!

P.S. Great stuff on SAMRI! (wish I had found it some years ago. Please take a look at https://github.com/gift-surg/SPOT-A-NeonatalRabbit, and https://github.com/gift-surg/RabbitBrainAnalysis, in case you would find them useful)

@SebastianoF thanks for accepting the PR. I am packaging your software for Gentoo Linux (currently we sed this bit out), but I imagine that it will also help for PIP.

Also, thanks for appreciating the SAMRI effort, if you could spread the word, that would definitely help other people find it in a more timely fashion :). I'll also be updating our conversion pipeline to use your software instead of bru2nii sometime in the future.

Regarding the rabbit packages, I see development is a bit slow, would you be interested in maybe merging the packages to make distribution and maintenance more efficient? We already have mouse and rat support, and some very basic mouse lemur functionality. I think extending it to rabbits would fit the framework. Obviously I understand it's always a pain to integrate your development code with somebody else's. If you're interested perhaps we can discuss this via email or in an issue on SAMRI?

Yes, we can move the discussion off thread.
