Details: Hide install addons button for older accounts

• Refactored the install button placement to two different scenarios:

1. When the user is not logged in or user account is not older than a month (30 days) a smaller install addons button will be shown both if there are streams or not

2. When the user is logged in and user account is older than a month (30 days) the button won't show at all

TODO

• Implement core side confirmation that the user does not need the button at all (account age)
• Merge core PR, update core-web and revert the current testing package
• Test on https://stremio.github.io/stremio-web/refactor/install-addons-button-stream-list/

The functionality was tested and works:

1. ✔️ New account (shows install button)
2. ✔️ Guest account (shows install button)
3. ✔️ Old account (does not show install button)
