This iteration of the white paper was produced in preparation for the token sale, after settling on more specifics of the mechanism design. It is thus much improved in direction, precision, and presentation.

Contains a mostly-implementable description of a stable coin system.

This release was a general overview document of the mechanism, intent, and philosophy of the Havven stablecoin project.

It was prepared for the initial announcement of Havven during the 2017 Ethereum devcon3.
