Default song volume is too high and leads to clipping

Please describe the problem:

The default song volume is currently too high. We've recommended that users turn it down to 20-25 immediately when starting a new song to avoid clipping.

What is the expected behavior?

Reduce the default song volume setting so users don't need to do it themselves
