📝PR 설명
기존에 answer과 함께 관리되던 반응(heart, sad, curious, connect)을 별도의 테이블로 분리하여 관리 편의성을 높였습니다.
answerId를 PK, FK로 설정하여 구현하였습니다.
또한, updateReactionCount, getReactionCount를 구현하여 각각 반응 수 업데이트, 반응 개수 조회를 테스트 할 수 있게 api를 완성하였습니다.
