Initial setup

After flashing your device, use your computer or hand held device to connect to WiFi SSID "AMS2MQTT". After connecting, use a browser to access http://192.168.4.1 to set up.

• Hardware - Choose the hardware you are using. If your hardware is not listet, use a generic ESP8266 or ESP32
• WiFi - SSID and PSK for the network you want your device to connect to. If you also want to set static IP, read more here
• Hostname - Either use the default name, or choose your own alphanumeric hostname

After saving, the browser will try to re-establish connection to your device after reboot. This will only work if you set a hostname and the device you run the browser from has reconnected to the same network as you specified for your device. If it does not reload in a minutes time, DNS/mDNS does not work or there may be something else wrong with your setup. If so, look in your routers DHCP leases to try and identify the IP address your device have received.
