Firefly added relay functionality

Add specific cli commands for relay:

• relay enable
• relay on
• relay off

Firefly basic port

Adds specific CC2538 and Firefly peripherals:

• ADC
• I2C
• GPIO
• Macros to control the on-board RGB LEDs
• Digital Light sensor driver (based on the TSL2561)
• Updated CLI application
