When merged this pull request will:

  • Disables cook-off for:
    • Vanilla ED-1D & ED-1E
    • WS AP-5 only (IED Drone still has cook-off enabled, intentionally so)
    • Moved a function from SOG into cookoff, so that other compats can use function to disable cook-off.
