Updates our frontend to battlecode 2024!

Testing plan

  • Check that going to play.battlecode.org redirects to bc24 home
  • Check that creating a team creates a bc24 team
  • Check that you can join a bc24 team
  • Check all the pages to ensure nothing is broken
