Main changes

1. update all template in create-blockelt
   • upgrade all deps to latest
   • fix eslint error or not working problem
   • change husky -> simple-git-hook
   • update all template homepage UI
2. deprecated vue2-dapp, vue2-static, react-gun-dapp template
