Scenario: Customer User

The User and His Persona

Selim, age 22, a university student living in Istanbul. He studies Fashion Design and he wants to add a new hat to his hat collection. For a while, he searches for a new hat in this website and adds his favorite ones to his wishlist. Due to the fact that he is a student, price is the most important concern of him about shopping. So, he wants to purchase a hat when a discount comes in. Then a notification comes and he sees that one of the products' in his wishlist price decreased. Then he buys that hat with discount.

Preconditions

• Selim has already signed and logged in to the system.
• Selim has 8 hats in his wishlist.
• Two of the hats in his wishlist have discount.

Goals

• Selim wants to see the prices of the hats that are in his wishlist.
• Selim wants to compare the prices and order a hat.

Actions

1. Selim creates a wishlist and adds his favorite hats.
2. Selim sees the notification about the price changes in his wishlist.
3. He realizes there are discounts in two of the hats that are in his wishlist.
4. He decides to make a comparison and checks the products ratings and comments.
5. Finally, he decides to buy one of them.

Acceptance Criteria

• 1.1.1.1.1 Customers shall be able to create their own wishlist.
• 1.2.4.1 Customers shall be able to create private lists that they can name, edit, delete, add products to, e.g. to keep track of changes in their price.
• 1.2.1.3.6 System shall sort products by rating.
• 1.2.1.3.5 System shall sort products by number of comments.
