  • Discord will be used as the communication channel. Online meetings will also be held on Discord.
  • Weekly meeting day is set as Thursday.
  • Weekly meeting times will be decided via a Whatsapp poll each week.

  • Personal pages will follow the same template.

• Research pages

  • Research page topics will be similar to our project topic if possible.

  • Everyone should create issues for their research pages.

• Meeting notes

  • Meeting notes will follow a template.

• New labels for issues

  • Issue labels will be discussed throughout the week and determined in the next meeting.
  • Labels describing status, effort, priority are needed.
