For both PO's and SM's add the definition of what the differences are between Primary and Shadow roles

This change updates the Role definitions in the Voyage section of the Handbook to define the differences between Primary and Shadow PO's and SM's.
The definitions are almost identical and are placed in each role definition.
In a future update to the handbook we will be eliminating the accordians with subpages to make it easier for the user to navigate between topics and to focus on the information.
