lineageTree.pb minor update: (pango-designation release v1.28.1)

Removed KR.2 which was accidentally included in v1.28. The tree is a severely pruned version of the UCSC tree (2024-06-20) re-rooted to lineage A with 50 randomly selected descendants per lineage. No change to designation hash and alias file, still pango-designation v1.28.
