Use cwstub.exe instead of dos32a.exe

Change the DOS extender from DOS/32A to Causeway, which:

* Provides a virtual memory feature that lets 7-Zip run on small
  machines that have less than 8 MiB of RAM.

* Peforms consistently better on large machines that have more
  than 64 MiB of RAM.
