The anchors in the file ApiReference.md on branch wiki were broken. Apparently because they previously linked to markdown files which are not present anymore.
The file extension has been removed, so the anchors link to the correct targets withing the file.
Also all anchors have been made lowercase since just removing the file extension did not make them work again.
