**Breaking Change**

- DeepSpeedContext `env` removal: DeepSpeedContext no longer keeps track of `det.EnvContext`. Users
who need direct access to variables tracked in the `det.EnvContext` should refer to the helper
functions in `DeepSpeedContext`.
