ordersum isn't presnet in response to DeliveryCosts request, therefore it should be removed.


          Removed ordersum field that is not part of DeliveryCosts response type

Without this change DeliveryCosts incorrectly assumes that 'ordersum' is a part of DeliveryCosts response, which triggers a PHP E_WARNING.
