@Sparks29032 is there a reason this is not from a fork? Also, just a heads-up, it is marked as a draft. It looks a bit to me that there ar emultiple things on this PR so we may want to close it and put the different things on different PRs to make them easier to merge? |

This was pushed to this branch during beamtime so we could both use this update for the analysis pipeline. It is currently a draft as the documentation should definitely be created for this new update before pushing it to main. |
