This PR corrects some links in .github:

One of the main problems is outdated documentation (https://ci.dv8tion.net/job/JDA/javadoc/) in issue templates config and a redirects some https://help.github.com/* links to https://support.github.com/ main page.

Links to the CI docs should point to https://docs.jda.wiki instead
Nevermind, looks like you replaced the links, I was only referring to the PR description, though the CI server may not be used anymore, so finding snapshots would be using Jitpack, which you can link to the wiki
