to prevent java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: 'boolean org.eclipse.lsp4e.LanguageServerWrapper.startupFailed()' when vendors has yet updated LSP4E. This is only a small workaround because the exception is still thrown when the LS config contains errors and the startup fails.
