Changes existing Nexus script in one fundamental way... it chooses nexus rooms based on
settings.nexus_town > settings.fang_cove_override_town > settings.hometownSo users have a lot of flexibility in how they choose nexus rooms, without the possibility of ending up in a non-nexus room.
