This adds a dev extra, so that you can run pip install pymorize[dev] and also install recommented libraries for testing and development. It might be smarter to separate this out even more, e.g. testing, documentation, linting, etc.

Finds eligible input and lists them in a yaml-string. This is the first step a user might perform to get an overview of the available input files.
