[B18] Growable Grass v02.00

This short update includes new functionalities for my mod, Including:

• ModCheck Support
• Simple Mod check for "Vegetable Garden" and "RF Wild Cultivation" mods.
  If any of these mods are loaded, Growable Grass will ask for deactivation.
