Bug fix and qtVLM support

Fixed multiple bugs from 0.2.0 and added support for CelltracGTS and new version of Traccar.org as well as qtVLM.

Functionnal Update and Clean of Simulators and Server

This new version is fully functional. On line testing service are available for test at:

Tacking service as been updated with a clean up of MySql backend sample and a new adaptor to support export of Tracker feed as AIS message for export on navigation software as OpenCPN.
