Multiple fixes and changes for Pygeoapi 0.1.6

  • Added support for synonyms
  • Workflow changes, changed Oracle Docker Container from service to step
  • Added support for new parameter crs_transform_spec
  • Added configurable SDO spatial operator
  • Complete parameters from the query function now available in the SQL-manipulator plugin.
  • Documentation
