docs: update conflict details for ipv6 cidr block association

Description

For the resource aws_vpc_ipv6_cidr_block_association the attributes

• ipv6_ipam_pool_id
• ipv6_pool
• ipv6_netmask_length

do contain details on possible attribute conflict. The details in the current documentation are not correct and updated by this pull request.

One example from the current documentation:

ipv6_pool - (Optional) The ID of an IPv6 address pool from which to allocate the IPv6 CIDR block. Conflicts with ipv6_pam_pool_id, ipv6_pool.

Here the attribute ipv6_pool is in conflict with itself.
