reduce test time, fix spelling, add Week()

• Reduced the testing time by lowering some of the iterations and sleeps
• Spelling fixes
• Added Week() it was missing
• Use the interval constants named functions

Cool @JohnRoesler! Ideally, working on #88 would fix the long testing time as we'd to wrap the clock and use a stub instead. I'm having some thoughts on the best way to implement it.
