First, many thanks for the awesome port you guys made of Retro Go.
This PR is meant to support the one on the main repo (Request for tested improvements #196), and introduces the "sound profile" feature, discussed in that other PR. Basically, I wanted the volume to be quite low when using the console in a quiet environment.
