Hi there! I am a happy user of both elan and Lean. While building locally, I noticed elan still uses the 2018 edition of Rust. I've done the (almost entirely mechanistic) translation to Rust 2021 edition. I've tested it with vanilla Cargo and in the flake, and it works. This change doesn't add much value to end users but it sure makes it nicer to hack on elan.

I've now tested this change on macOS, Windows, and Linux. @Kha When you get a moment, please can you take a look at this PR?
