Regression Experiment and Contact Classification Sample Efficiency Release

This release represents the state of the repository for when the GRF Regression Experiment was run for the MI-HGNN paper. Additionally, this release is where the Contact Classification Sample Efficiency experiment was run. These correspond to Table III/Figure 5 and Figure 3(b) in the paper, respectively.

Contact Classification and Ablation Release

This release represents the state of the repository for when the Contact Classification Experiment was run for the MI-HGNN paper, including the Ablation study exploring the effect of parameter number on Accuracy. These correspond to Figure 3 (a) and Table II in the paper, respectively.
