@tdudgeon asks what the spec is for uploading, editing, and API access to these aliases.

@phraenquex says to presume that the upload will (for now) only come through bulk upload via the CSV in extra_files.

@tdudgeon also asks how the aliases will be displayed and if we need to allow for users being able to select which alias is displayed/preferred in the f/e.

@tdudgeon following our discussion today, could you please have a think about a spec that would allow for separate user-defined XCA sites in the b/e, as Conor suggested to simplify the incremental uploads. See also comment in 1263
