- Add a GitHub Actions workflow for CI purpose
- Follow https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-azuretools/tree/main/azure-pipelines to add below 2 pipelines:
- Add 1esmain AZDO pipeline to build vsix
- Add release AZDO pipeline to release the extension
