Some improvements in the text, fixed macro that led to many arguments in formulas to disappear.
The release contains two versions of the lecture notes:
aom-tgcompiled with the TeX Gyre font familyaom-odcompiled with the Open Dyslexic font family
The content is identical, feel free to pick the version you find more readable
