Update standard names for tropopause_find (ESCOMP#140)

Fixes ESCOMP/CAM-SIMA#308
Requires a companion PR in CAM-SIMA to update the standard name of
`tropp_slices` there as well:
ESCOMP/CAM-SIMA#329
