Previously the group prefix was hardcoded to be `AWS_`. It now defaults to the same value, but can be changed by updating/altering the CloudFormation paramter named 'GroupPrefix'.
The group prefix is now a parameter. This commit does nothing more than update the stack description to reflect that fact.
