This pull request improves our infrastructure by fixing a security issue found by [Shisho Cloud](https://shisho.dev). ## Description from Shisho Cloud Your EKS cluster could be accessible on the Internet. To reduce the security risks, it's recommended to disable public access and to use VPC to connect to the cluster.
