Staging (#237)

* Staging branch setup with mock db parity and conda env yaml

* hardcode database, change staging paths

* commented out iphone and flir, hardcoded mic name, commented out iphone download in bat

* hardcoded database name. study collection ids in example script

* Use db name in connection provided from client message

* Use db name in connection provided from client message for acq

* Add database name in gui method pass through

* add database option in parser for gui start up

* Fix log_task retrieval with eval
