JSONP API endpoint, improved AS lookup output, more

  • added pretty-printed JSON endpoint to server (/asn_lookup_jsonp)
  • AS lookup now retrieves prefixes allocated to the target but announced by different AS
  • AS lookup now retrieves AS abuse contacts information
  • improved inetnum lookup speed in AS lookups
  • switched abuse lookup code to RIPEStat API instead of generic whois
  • reduced peer name resolution from 20 to 8 to improve lookup speed
  • other minor optimizations and fixes
