Significant changes:

  • The object properties "has_specified_input", "has_specified_output", "is_specified_input_of", and "is_specified_output_of" have been relabelled to remove the underscores.
  • We updated our RO Core import, which was very old. There have been two significant label changes in RO: 'inheres in' is now 'characteristic of', and 'bearer of' is now 'has characteristic'.
  • We made improvements to the 'specimen' branch in Reorganizing 'specimen from organism' hierarchy #1839.
