OSU API Integration

An App, with access to the Person and Directory products (APIs), must be registered at: https://developer.oregonstate.edu/

The "Consumer Secret" and "Consumer Key" associated with the app must be set on the servers local_env.yml to establish a connection and enable API functionality.
