Switches the following funcs to use more specific interfaces:
Pins the version of the
operator-lifecycle-managerlibrary to v0.30.0. Updates to thegithub.com/openshift/apilibrary to latest as well. For some reason, if you try to update the openshift/api library by itself, it downgrades the olm library to v0.27.0 without explanation.
